Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Supervisor

I am a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor working with individuals, couples and groups. I offer a down-to-earth, warm and radically non-judgemental space where you can bring whatever is happening for you – including the things that might feel difficult to say out loud.

 

At the heart of my approach is the belief that therapy is about a real human relationship. I will listen to you deeply and with compassion, while being curious about your experience and supporting you to get to the bottom of what is really going on. Our work will be led by you, and we can adjust the pace and style to suit what you need. I may also gently challenge you or offer a different perspective when that feels useful.

 

I work with individuals and couples, whether you are facing something difficult, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, struggling in your relationships, or wanting to understand yourself more deeply. Alongside talking, there is also space to work creatively if that suits you. Therapy with me does not have to look or feel a particular way.

 

I also offer individual and group supervision. I see supervision as a supportive and collaborative relationship where you can be honest about your practice – including the difficult bits, the uncertainties and the work you feel proud of. Together we can reflect on your practice, explore your learning edges and support you in your professional development.

 

My approach is informed by relational psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology. Across my work, I value openness, inclusivity, curiosity and genuine human connection.

 

I work in person in Bristol and South Gloucestershire, online, and outdoors for walk and talk sessions.

 

I offer a free 20-minute initial chat to talk about what brings you to therapy or what you need from supervision, and perhaps most importantly, get a sense of what it feels like to work together.
