I offer one to one counselling, giving you the opportunity to work through parts of your life that are troubling you or, areas where you would like a deeper understanding. You may be feeling anxious or depressed or have a range of emotions that you just can’t make sense of. Maybe you just need to find some space and time for yourself. Having someone to turn to can lighten the load and sometimes this is easier with someone other than family or friends.

 

I will listen in a non- judgmental way, providing a safe and secure space in which to do this. As a result, you may feel more able to tackle the difficulties you are facing.

 

I open to working with a diverse range of situations and I work in an integrative way. This means that I will use a few different ways to support our work together, believing every relationship is unique. The relationship we develop will often form the basis of our work.

 

My belief is that you, as an individual, often hold the seeds to your own development. I do not convey the idea that I hold the answers. Instead, we will work together in such a way that you may find the key to unlock your own doors.

 

I am a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I abide to their ethical framework. I receive regular supervision to support me in my work.
